o Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
o Experience in all the areas of the kitchen, menu planning, budgeting and all similar functions.
o Knowledge of cuisines like Italian, Pan Asian and Bakery is a must.
o 3-5 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a City Hotel.
