JOBS| Front Office Manager- Bangalore, India

We're in the process of re-branding an existing 5-star business hotel situated in Bangalore Electronic City, India which will complete by Q1 of 2010.
This 282 rooms luxury business hotel with 11 suites as well as a Presidential Suite, is particularly conceived and designed for today's corporate traveler.





we're looking for :
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or related field
• 2 years in a Duty Manager role or equivalent
• Flexibility to work rotating roster
• Excellent English and local language communication skills

Key responsibilities of the role include :
• Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
• Ensure priority members, repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities and monitors Front Office Marketing techniques in line with FIT marketing program
• Maintain inter-department relationships to ensure seamless customer service
