V.P.OPERATION: Operational responsibilities are for two high- end restaurants and an amphitheater of world class standard to have facility for up - market events. We would prefer a F&B background with 12-15 years of experience with international repute organization, understanding of technology &latest systems, practiced in the hospitality / entertainment industry and profit center head.
GENERAL MANAGER : Should be responsible for two high - end restaurants and an amphitheater of world class standard to have facility for up- market events. We would prefer a F& B background with 5-7 yrs of experience at senior level in a 5 star property or stand alone deluxe restaurant. Should be in his late 40s.
F& B CONTROLLER: Sound background of audit, having extensive expose to F & B industry. Interface with all the departments of this business. Minimum 6-8 yrs of experience.
F & B ASSOCIATES : 4-5 years of experience in a reputed F & B outlet. Sound spoken English and exposure in the international cuisines desirable.
BAR TENDERS : Having at least 5-6 yrs of experience in the flied, with flare to work for longer hours. Sound knowledge of the Bar and the nitty - gritty's. Having the keen desire to work in a Typical Beer Bar with tapping fresh beer- directly from the tanks.
GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVES : You should have the basic desire to interact with people, pleasant personalty able to handle tough situations while managing guest from various walks of life.Open to work long late hours. We would prefer 4-5 yrs of experience in service industry. Late hours drop would be provided by the company.
PROJECT MANAGER : Graduate Civil Engineer with 10 yrs experience . Exposure to Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant industry in manging projects. Strong understanding of F& B business with strong flare for financial analysis & other facts of the business. The group is in the process of setting up chain of Beer Gardens pan India and would expect extensive travel, 6-7 yrs of direct exposure would be desirable.
MARKETING MANAGER : Should be MBA / PG Diploma in business Management from reputed institute having 5-7 yrs comprehensive experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant industry in managing marketing functions, especially total grand management. He will be responsible for formulating and executing innovative marketing strategies for existing and new projects to capture the market leadership position.
MANAGER ADMINISTRATION : Post Graduate from reputed institute with 10 yrs exp in administration functions, Exposure to Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant industry,security, liaising etc. Defence personnel will be preferred.
MANAGER HR : A post Graduate Candidate with experience in HR functions like payroll recruitment and appraisal systems. Sound knowledge of statutory / labour laws / ESI / PF / monthly / annual returns. Minimum 6-8 yrs experience in corporate functions of leading organizations
PR EXECUTIVES : Candidates should have good communication and PR skills and good contacts with VI P's , celebrities, business community, state and central government authorities and press, Should be capable to organize press briefings, invite the media and prepare press kits. Candidates should have worked with a reputed Hotel industry in a similar profile.
SUPERVISOR : Graduate with minimum 5 yrs exp in hospitality / construction field. Candidate having relevant hands on field experience would be preferable.
STORE IN CHARGE : Graduate preferably with diploma in material management with min 5 yrs of experience of store department. Experience in hospitality / hotel / restaurant field and ability to handle all store activities independently is preferable.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES: Candidate must be commerce graduate with at least 5-7 yrs of experience in account & finance department in Tally and MS- Office applications. Incumbent must have good practical exposure to various matters related to taxation, sale tax, excise, income tax, service tax & ability to coordinates with statutory auditors, clients etc.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT: Convent Graduate with relevant qualifications and at least8-10 yrs experience in reputed firms. Must be good in taking dictations and handling incoming and outing communication including email / phones/ correspondence, handling office filling / records, maintaining meeting schedules for the Managing Director of Company.
FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE-- FEMALE ; Smart and savvy female graduate with flaunt communication skills. Should be polite enough to flavor to the clients tone of voice. Should be able to handle phone calls & the visitors respectfully and must have the capacity to sustain work pressure and the every aspect of the front office job.
