Situated on a stunning and private 500m stretch of beach and tropical gardens, will oversee the daily operations of the division, maintain luxury standards and assist the General Manager with the overall strategic direction of the property. Your aim is to ensure that this operation remains at the forefront for domestic, local and international trade. Food concepts will include all day dining, fine dining, buffet and deli café concepts.
Also expected of the position is to work closely with other departmental managers as this role is integrally part of the Executive Management committee reporting to the General Manager.
To be successful in the role, you must be an experienced F&B Director, capable of running large volume operations with high revenue turnover. You will either have been a restaurant owner (must be very successful), or have held a senior F&B position with a large venue or hotel background - you must have entrepreneurial flair, as creativity and business acumen will be key!
