Client: 100 room boutique, contemporary property, New York Brasserie style restaurant (3 meals daily), rooftop bar (including food), main lobby bar (including food). No buffets, all a la carte, new and old revisions of classic brasserie cuisine
Preferred Age: 30-40
Experience Required: preferably single, very hands-on, enthusiastic, creative, willing to reinvent classic brasserie dishes.
Experience; Restaurants: New York Brasserie style, Michelin star, Asian experience. Hotels: Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Bulgari. Long hours, 6 days work week.
Qualifications needed: Culinary educated; diplomas, certifications, awards, further education certainly an asset. European trained.
