This person will oversee all aspects of the lounge and the restaurant within the hotel. Responsibilites may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person must have strong communication and analytical skills and extensive knowledge about spirits, wines and beers. Beverage cost control experience is helpful.


Qualifications
• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Strong wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
• Must be comfortable working in a structured corporate F&B operation with detailed training and high service expectations
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, flexible work schedule, team player and be a dynamic leader
