150 room city hotel with various F&B outlets, Banquet facilities and public areas and a boutique resort in Zanzibar with the usual resort amenities. The ideal candidate will have a solid 4*/5* F&B background, preferably with branded/franchised properties in addition to: - minimum of three years experience in a similar management position - capable of managing multiple outlets - knowledgeable of International, Italian, Arabic and Indian cuisine a great plus - fluent in English, both written and spoken required - good knowledge of spoken Kiswahili is a great advantage - computer literate with good knowledge of a PMS (Fidelio, Opera) - Financially astute, budget conscientious, - Team builder, Mentor, Trainer The position carries a compensation package based on experience and salary history and the usual expat benefits like housing, air travel, insurance, food, Laundry, etc. Due to the need for extensive travel between the properties single status is preferable, but married status will be considered, however no children please.
