Due to internal growth, a newly created opportunity exists for a highly experienced Learning and Development professional to join the group based in the Bangkok Corporate Office. Reporting directly into the Executive Vice President - Human Resources you will be directly responsible for the development, planning and execution of all L&D initiatives within the organisation in order to meet both individual and organisational needs.
The role requires a strong communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple levels of the organisation, from property based management teams (General Managers), property based HR and Training teams and Corporate Directors. As an integral driver of the groups L&D initiatives, this is a strategic role which will involve development and review of training programmes, annual training plans, preparation, review and allocation of training budgets. You will also take on board a figurehead role in regards to chairing and championing training and development meetings with key stakeholders across the organisation.
