IHCL gets shareholders’ nod for hotel sale

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has received approval from its shareholders for the sale of Hotel City Inn at Baramati in Maharashtra. The company's members approved the sale of Hotel City Inn through a postal ballot. The shareholders also approved creating a charge on the existing and future assets of the company to secure the company's borrowings not exceeding Rs 3,000 crore.

This week Marriott International, Inc. hosts grand openings for its first two hotels in Sweden -- the Courtyard Stockholm Kungsholmen and the Renaissance Malmo.
