Chocolate types and ingredients

Chocolate is a refined mixture of a variety of substances. The so-called cocoa mass, sugar, any powdered milk and cream in the recipe, cocoa butter, vanillin or real vanilla and the emulsifier lecithin are mixed together. Produced from soya beans, the lecithin ensures that the fat portion of chocolates can be joined with the ingredients to form a homogeneous mass.

The yet-to-be-named Hilton hotel/apartment complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
CHICAGO, IL.  – Goettsch Partners will serve as the design architect for a new five-star, 900-key business hotel and serviced apartment complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working closely with local architects, Omrania & Associates, as well as Surrey-based company David Wrenn Interiors.

The client is the General Organization for Social Insurance, an agency of the state and the project is located along the Eastern Ring Road, a major thoroughfare that links King Khalid International Airport with the downtown area/ Comprising two towers connected by a large podium, the project includes a 20-story, 650-key hotel and a 14-story, 250-unit serviced apartment building.
