Chef de Partie - Indian (Tandoor & Curry)/ Continental/ Garde Manager/ Butchery Bakery Pastry/ Oriental Mediterranean: Degree/ Diploma/ Craft Course in Hotel Management and minimum 5 years experience, with at least 1-2 years experience in supervisory role. F & B Controller: Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Commerce, with at least 2-5 years experience in hotel industry. Excellent Computer Proficiency, Controlling F&B Costs, Recipe Costing, Yield Management, Beverage Order Control and Market Survey Analysis, Experience in Excise Regulations
