A minimum of 10 year experience in an international hotel environment

- Proven track record

- Proven skills in business and financial management

- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of Head of Department and staffs

- Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situation

- Effective problem – solving and mediation skills

- Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others
