To align & drive the Learning & Development function for the unit, along with the business objectives / goals. To develop people capabilities in the unit ensuring learning and development opportunities for employees in the unit, at all levels. To build a learning organization culture and to foster a healthy climate for career enhancements and employee aspirations.

JOBS \ Traning Manager

Accountable for development and implementation of training strategies/plans and processes to support organization goals
Will be responsible for all training needs across departments
The various training programs will be on all subjects
