In this role you will be responsible for preparing the food service areas and providing food & drink service for guests.

Duties Include

-Providing a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the menu if requested
-Provide an excellent customer service that’s anticipates individual guest needs
-Bring dishes to the table and clear dinner plates, serving dishes and clearing cutlery and dishes away
-Prepare and set tables for the next guests
-Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once all the guests have left

Restaurant de 32 000 couverts en restauration individuelle, 60 000 couverts en banquets et 150 000 petits déjeuners.

Vous êtes en charge de l’organisation et de la qualité de la prestation. Vous optimisez et développez les ventes des différents points de restauration. Vous coordonnez et contrôlez les différents services du département afin de garantir une offre de qualité au client.
Vous veillez à la maîtrise des ratios et à la bonne gestion des stocks. Vous travaillez en synergie avec le service commercial de l'établissement. Vous contribuez à l'élaboration des budgets du département. Vous recrutez, formez et animez l’équipe de restauration.
