Owned by Merced Partners and managed by Wischermann Partners, the former Marriott hotel is undergoing a $6 million renovation and conversion project to meet Sheraton brand standards.

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India today said it has acquired 'Royal Courts Jaisalmer', a 74-room resort from Divine Heritage Hotels for an undisclosed amount.
