The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has appointed Subodh Goyal as the new Executive Chef of The Lalit Ashok Bangalore. With a career span of 14 years in the hospitality industry, Goyal brings in a rich culinary experience in Indian cuisine, with a blend of traditional and modern techniques.
Prior to his new assignment, Goyal was the Executive Sous Chef with The Lalit Ashok for over five years.
Ayana Hospitality, the recently signed JV between Mumbai-based ICS Group and South Africa-based Mantis Developments, plans to add 30 hotels in the luxury boutique hotels space in India over the next 10 years. Out of these, three are slated for opening in the current year.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR has appointed Rachid Choukki as Chef de Cuisine of Casablanca, the Moroccan speciality restaurant.
