A way back in time, People from all walks of life come to enjoy simple, yet tasty food of Iranian cafes at Mumbai. In these restaurants there was nothing called as “Menu Cards.” Menu meant some words scribbled on a blackboard that hung somewhere close to the manager’s desk or a speech coming out from the waiter’s mouth at lightning speed.

But these food joints never ever felt the need of having the menu card in a physical form. Today, Menu card means a handcrafted booklet with exotic sounding dishes. And this is not enough, hoteliers have tapped engineering and coined out a new term “Menu Engineering”.
