Red Roof is expanding its brand into new territories across the US, and has named a new development team that's charged with taking the company to the next level. The company has recently launched Red Roof PLUS+, a brand extension, at more than 31 locations across the country. By year end the brand expects to have over 400 properties.

Lure + Till opens in downtown Palo Alto

The new Epiphany Hotel opened its doors in downtown Palo Alto last week, with its trendy farm-to-table restaurant, Lure + Till, following suit this weekend.

Whoever designed the restaurant couldn't have asked for better weather for the opening – much of Lure + Till's seating is al fresco along Hamilton Avenue. Even for indoor diners, sliding glass doors might be totally open on warm days and nights, as it was this weekend.

Langham names new CEO to spearhead growth

 Monday the appointment of Robert Warman as
chief executive officer, succeeding Brett
 Butcher, who is retiring from the company.
Warman, a native of Chicago, becomes the first
