Annual Day of BCIHMCT was celebrated on March 19th The 15th of various extracurricular and academic activities organized at the Institute throughout the year.The food stalls put up by students of the Institute, were judged by Chef Atul Shankar Mishra, Executive Chef, The Royal Plaza, Chef Manoj Rawat, Executive Sous Chef, Eros Hotel, Chef Vinod Bhati, Executive Chef, American Embassy for their theme, presentation and taste. The food stalls catered to a huge influx of guests throughout the day up to late evening hours. Inter College Folk Dance Competition being an annual feature of the College events, being the next attraction of the day, revived the cultural heritage. Nine teams from various Colleges of Delhi-NCR gave breath-taking performances bringing together the traditional dance forms from various parts of India.
Radisson Blu Sharjah will join the millions around the world in observing Earth hour 2014 for a brighter future of the planet. Demonstrating its commitment to environment, the hotel would be dimming the lights for one hour starting at 2030 hrs on 29th March 2014.
At the scheduled time, the lights in the hotel lobby, the restaurant Café at the Falls, Chillout Café, Calypso as well as the Business center will be dimmed. Guests will be encouraged to join in and participate in order to show their support for environmental protection and energy saving. During this time, there would be minimal use of regular appliances including room lights, air conditioning and other electronic devices. The hotel staffs are also being encouraged to join this event by doing the same in their accommodation.
Radisson Blu Sharjah would be also promoting the earth hour on in room TV screens, TFT screens in lobby and will share environment sustainability tips through its official brand Facebook (facebook.com/

In addition to switching off nonessential lighting for an hour, the hotel would also be participating and supporting the Walkathon by DEWA for Earth Hour in Dubai at Bay Avenue Park along with the sister properties of Radisson Blu Hotels in the UAE.
Earth Hour is a global event organized by World Wild Fund for Nature and is held on the last Saturday of March annually. They request every individual, business and community to switch off their non-essential lights and electrical appliances for one hour to create and raise awareness on global warming and the changing climate.
