New Executive Assistant Manager for Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai

Nicola Zamboni has been appointed as the Executive Assistant Manager (EAM), effective August 1st, 2015.
After earning a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management in Greece and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management in the UK, the Italian national Zamboni has experienced working as a Food & Beverage Manager and Director of Food & Beverage in various resorts and hotels throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia. Zamboni has joined Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai in January 2012 as the Director of Food & Drinks, responsible for all Food & Drinks outlets. In addition to this, Nicola took over the leadership of Kitchen in April 2014. He keenly supported the strategic undertakings of outsourced outlets. Nicola will continue leading the Food & Drinks and the Kitchen departments and will be additionally responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping and Spa Zen and Health Club.
