After three successful launches in Delhi & NCR and satiating happy diners, Dhaba By Claridges’ legacy will be carried forward by Azure Hospitality. Launched in 2013, Dhaba By Claridges is known for its intriguing kitsch elements that come together to recreate the ambiance of a signature highway eatery – nalka chandeliers, nimbu-mirchi lights, vintage Bollywood posters, rustic interiors, truck art elements and a truck – all enhanced with the masala of Bollywood music. The menu boasts signatures like Dhaba Chilli Chicken, Balti Meat and Amritsari Tawa Chaap.
