What made you create this program?

I see a lot of candidates who have the right skills for a particular role but they struggle to find a job. They do not know how to write a cv, they do not know which portal to search jobs on and many such reasons.

The idea of this program is to equip with knowledge and resources of how to accelerate their job search

What it takes to find a job ?

Job Search should always happen in a planned manner. One has to ensure everything is in order, right from your CV to reaching the right consultant or the client. Prepare a plan and follow the step by step approach.

What advice would you give to candidates who want to change their job ?

Be very focused when you are applying for jobs.

When should one start seeking new opportunities? How does one know it is time to find a new job?

When your priorities and needs are not being met from the current job, it's time to find another job.

Do you support candidates in any way after they join a new company through the program?

Yes, I do run skill building sessions on topics such as soft skills, management style, negotiation skills etc. It is totally based on candidate's needs. These are paid programs.
