Jasmine scented wine dinner - An exquisite five-course jasmine infused menu paired with the effervescence of Chandon under the aegis of Masters of Food and Wine

Chef Rajinder has more than 15 years of experience in Culinary on 3 continents- Worked with World Best Michelin star French & Italian chefs like Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr, Allan Duccaise, Locanda Locatelli among others

The Masters of Food and Wine Jasmine scented experience began with a scallop carpaccio with carrot oil, micro greens and jasmine aioli or a white wine poached William pears with toasted walnut dust, rucola, and honey jasmine dressing paired with Chandon Brut. The next course saw an indulgent risotto with a hint of fresh jasmine, 36 months aged parmigiano reggiano paired with Chandon Brut. A fresh lime and mint sorbet served as the palate cleanser. For the main course, a delightful in pan seared sea bass, green asparagus cream and jasmine velouté or a vegetarian treat of baked homemade ricotta, assiette de légumes, and jasmine velouté artfully paired with Moet et Chandon Brut. The spectacular meal concluded with a rich double chocolate and jasmine oil cake with a jasmine cream wave and raspberry dust served with Chandon rose for a crisp and clean finish.
