Editor: Tell us about your journey. How did it all start? 
Standing with 9 years of experience in HR & Training in Generalist Role, all in all in Hospitality Industry. Started in the year 2006 as HR Job Trainee with Radisson Delhi, did Pre-Opening of 11 properties (Pan India) for ITC Fortune Group of Hotels. Further handled HR Operations for Jaypee Hotels and currently handling HR Operations for Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon as Manager Human Resources.

Editor: What do you think it takes to succeed in this industry?
Passion to be with people, knowledge of industry, keep the knowledge at Par as per industry.

Editor: What are the attributes you look for while selecting or hiring? 
Loyalty, enthusiasm, and a Big and genuine smile on Face along with Passion for hotel industry and willing to serve.

Editor: What according to you can trainees do while they are training at hotels to make it a win-win for them & the hotel/unit?
Learn, express and adapt. Learn the work, express Learning and inputs and adapt with changing environment.

Editor: Tell us a little about your average day
Starting my day with Prayer to God, and start my office by 8:30 am with 1st greeting exchanged with our Security Assistant. Meeting colleagues during walk around property. Spend 1 hour a day in getting coached by General Manager in a session "Leading Others".

Editor: How do keep abreast of all that is happening in hospitality? 
with being in touch with industry leaders via Linkedin, reading journals, attending seminars through National HRD Conferences. Editor: Two reasons why this industry is awesome! --Hotels are People Oriented organization and driven by passion only.
